Colton was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our initial questions (many of them about our complicated trade in). Once we finally were able to make it out to the dealership, Colton helped us find the right car for our family. He gave us all the information we needed, and most important, he was so patient and welcoming to our two toddlers (and their car seats). The entire team at Crown Volkswagen was very pleasant to work with, and gave us a very fair offer on our trade in. Overall, we had a great experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen.

Reached out to Crown VW and was recommended only those services needed at 50K for my 2019 Atlas.
I was looking nationally for a specific used Volvo and saw one for sale at Crown Toyota. Living in Denver, I was a bit skeptical of buying a car so far away that I'd not seen in person plus the fact that I would be buying this Volvo from a Toyota dealer, and not a Volvo dealer. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Van Thompson who could not have been more helpful. Although there were a lot of pictures online already, I asked him to take more pictures and focus in on any nicks, flaws, etc. He was pretty honest when he sent me more pictures and said he couldn't find anything to focus his pictures in on! I was also reassured that they put ALL their used cars through the same detail checks as they do their used Toyota cars. We flew to Kansas City and Van was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and drive us the hour to the dealership. The car was in beautiful condition, it was a great price, and the paperwork was a breeze. Adam was super helpful with all my warranty questions and we drove the car away after roughly 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Van Thompson and this dealership. I'm a firm believer that being honest, courteous, and helpful will always pay in the long run....and these folks certainly reflect those ideals!
I was so impressed with the help I received (I believe from Mike?) as I had my infant with me. It was chilly out so he helped me with my car doors and keeping my infant from getting cold. Also, he brought my paperwork to me in the lobby to help accommodate me. He was very thoughtful and helpful.

Originally Charlie was helping me but due to my weird schedule, it was hard to plan a meeting time for both of us. He set me an appointment with Teddy who did an above and beyond work for me to get the car I wanted for the payment plan that was most affordable for me. Damaged my passenger side mirror last Tuesday a few days before scheduled out of town trip. Once Justin understood the need for a quick replacement he scheduled the repair for Thursday. The replacement was made and I picked it up today (Monday). A scheduled tire rotation was also done. Great Service!

I had a wonderful experience at Crown VW. When I first walked in I was greeted by Colton who was friendly and kind enough to assist me in locating Ibuprofen. It may seem small, but when someone does something willingly verses making me feel like a bother, it is so appreciated! I made a last minute appointment with Van, and I am so grateful that I did. I immediately appreciated feeling heard. It may sound cliche’ but as a female, car shopping alone doesn’t always leave one feeling empowered. We bought our second vehicle from the Crown auto group this past weekend. Last time we bought a Volkswagen ID.4, and this time it was a Toyota Sienna. Van Thompson was our salesman both times and was able to work with us on both the Volkswagen and Toyota purchases. Van gave us fair warning about the wait time for new Siennas, but we fortunately did not need it immediately last Fall when we put in the reservation. Van was great about communicating progress and helping us secure an allocation this summer. The pricing was fair and upfront. The purchase process was easy, and Van was great about helping me get familiar with Toyota service and providing a tour of all the features the Sienna has. I can highly recommend working with Van as well as the Crown dealerships.

We had a few hiccups while honing in on the vehicle that fit all of our criteria, but Joe Higdon at Crown was a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a certified VW Tiguan at a very good price and couldn't be happier with it. Joe even sprung for Bluetooth cables for both of our phones, and threw in a box of assorted chocolates for good measure! All in all a very good experience (and I hate buying cars).

Absolutely a pleasure to shop here. Was zero pressure on buying and I left after my test drive. I wanted to think about the vehicle. Called up a day later and said let’s do it. They did not shop my credit around and blast my rating with 100 inquiries. One and done, sign my documents and roll out the door. I needed to take the extra key fob to the dealership a couple days after my purchase and my salesman had items I had forgotten in my trade. Those little things count and make this a place where I will shop again.
My family and I have been in the market for a new car as a graduation present for myself for about two months now. Prices are way better here than at the other dealerships, and I always feel like people at the other dealerships are trying to pull one over on you. I will only come to Crown in the future.
Went in for my 3rd Toyota Care service, plus an oil change. Was in and out in 45 minutes! Much quicker than when I used to go to the Toyota dealership that delivered my Camry. Will be coming back to Crown for future scheduled maintenance.
Hands down the best place to go highly recommend my fiancé and myself went and purchased our very first brand new vehicle and they went over and beyond what they needed to do to make sure we left with our new rig. This was by far the easiest car buying experience. We wanted a hybrid and placed our deposit last July. Van kept me updated throughout the process and we finally got our car! Everyone there was amazing and helpful and kind. We will definitely continue using them in the future.

There are few activities in life that I absolutely do not like doing - changing phone carriers and buying cars. As far as I know, Crown can't help you with your phone service, BUT if you want a truly great experience buying/selling a car (new or used), ask for Mike. Hands down, Mike made this process very simple for us. He didn't talk down to my wife (happens ALOT with females in general). He didn't try to sell us on his agenda, was very personable, interactive and get this - followed up with information shortly after being asked. We live in Topeka and had only taken our van to Crown because of their service. After this experience of now buying a car from Mike, going forward, I am positive this is the only place we will be buying our cars as well.

Excellent service as we have come to expect from the Crown Service Department. Did a 5K service and was able to get in and out in a couple of hours. Noel, the service advisor, kept me informed of what work needed to be done, if any, and advised on any service needs. He was very professional and accommodating! We have had our vehicles serviced by the Crown team for many years. We trust their guidance and will continue to have them service our two Toyotas.

I needed the battery replaced for my 2014 Camry key remote. It only took about 5 minutes from the time I walked through the front door until it was done. A very nice woman at the front desk walked me to the Parts Department. The young man at the Parts Desk had the tool on his desk to open my remote and the batteries were just a few steps away. Very organized and efficient! Excellent service! I greatly appreciate it only took five minutes!
It was my first time buying a car but the staff were very friendly and took care of me every step of the way. I worked with Krista who did an amazing job in communicating the delivery of my car up to its arrival. Interest rates are awfully high at this time so it was especially important that Adam was able to get me a competitive rate to finance my new car. I did notice a few minor imperfections on the paint that was probably from delivery and they immediately sent the car over to their bodyshop to have it fixed while I was going over financing. They got all but one of them buffed out because there wasn't enough time so Dallas offered to have me come back at a later date to have it fixed, free of charge, and would even compensate for the gas! Amazing dealership! Though I live in Wichita, I would gladly drive back here for my next Toyota. Edit: No markup! Forgot to add this important detail. They did not mark up my car whereas my local dealership in Wichita wanted $5000 over MSRP!

He also made sure I got my preferred vehicle color and trim package. He was prepared when I arrived and made the process instructional an efficient. The financing experience was no fuss and quick.
I had to leave the Sienna for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a walk-in but told service I could leave the vehicle with them for several hours in necessary. In two hours the service was complete. Everyone involved was courteous and gave me excellent advice. Crown Toyota continues to rate an A+ with us for both of our vehicles.

EJ was great to work with. His calm demeaner made such a difference in a normally stressful activity. We appreciated his not having the stereotypical pushy car salesmanship. He didn't constantly ask questions or talk a lot, which are both very distracting. We could actually be focused on the car instead of having to engage in a conversation. He was very polite and helpful and answered our questions. Based on this experience, we would return to Crown Toyota when looking for our next car.
I purchased a 2022 rav4 hybrid a couple weeks ago from Crown and it was overall a good experience. They did no ridiculous market adjustments or overpriced dealer addons despite what seems to be the norm these days. The price was MSRP plus doc fees with the only catch being I had to finance with them. The sales office was very open and it never felt they were trying to nickel and dime me. I had done a great deal of research before going into the finance office and I highly recommend anyone financing a car to do the same. That being said, Crown's F&I office was very open about prices and were not pushy at all with packages, warranties, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend Crown if you’re looking for a new car any time soon.

While buying a car is never one of my favorite things to do, Crown Toyota and its sales staff made it pleasant. While I had to wait eight months to get my vehicle, due to long waiting times from Supply chain issues, It has been well worth my wait. My RAV4 is just a vehicle I wanted. Van and the other sales staff kept me up-to-date on the status of my order with checking in with me regularly. Van has continued to be helpful as I've had a few questions about my vehicle. I would highly recommend Crown Toyota and plan to continue to go there for servicing my vehicle.

We were fairly lucky but we were able to purchase a 2024 Toyota Prius limited by putting down 1000 dollar non refundable deposit on the vehicle. Our sales person was Josh let me just say he did a great job of keeping us up to date on the car. Then when we purchased the car he had everything ready and organized plus he was well versed on the car. Josh has a great background at the dealership and it makes the entire process one of the best we have had. Thanks Josh for your attention to detail and product knowledge.
